Arrival
Day 1: Harare
Welcome to Zimbabwe! It's time to get your safari started and after some minor introductory formalities, we'll get you out there on this wonderful safari journey of discovery. You will enjoy getting a taste of urban southern African life when you spend time in Harare. It's an engaging city and one of the most pleasant cities anywhere in southern Africa, with museums, galleries, and even a few public parklands. Harare is also known for its excellent and varied dining scenes. Stay at Bronte Garden Hotel in Harare and take advantage of the facilities and location while you're here.

- You will be met in Harare International Airport by your Tour Guide from our company. They will greet you and get you ready to begin your trip with us.

Day 9: Hwange National Park
Activities Day 9
Morning

- You'll be joining us in Hwange National Park for a guided game drive. It's a fantastic opportunity to see some of the animals you came so far to see.
- Another option is to have 2 game drives on this day (morning and afternoon) if you do not want to do a full-day game drive. You will rise very early for a morning game drive in the main park. The early morning is the time of day when you will view the wildlife at its most active. You will also experience the breathtaking African sunrise as you make your way back to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, you will have some time to relax. After lunch, you will enjoy another game drive until sunset. In the evening you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 11: Victoria Falls
Return to Victoria Falls, and fall in love with this special place all over again.

- Guided tour, Victoria Falls. It’s a truly awe-inspiring experience – the sight, the sound, the smell; the humbling feeling that here indeed is Nature’s Supreme Masterpiece. No photograph can begin to depict the reality and nothing prepares you for your first sight. The Victoria Falls – Now In Its 150 Millionth Fantastic Year – Reaches Its Zenith In About May each year. En route to the Falls, you will be taken past the ‘Big Tree’ where you will stop and take photos. You will be accompanied through the Rainforest by your qualified Tour Guide who will give a brief history of the Falls themselves as well as detailing the flora, fauna, bird & wildlife and other points of interest. Your tour guide will also be happy to assist you with photographs whilst visiting this most spectacular of waterfalls. Raincoats are provided when needed
Evening
- Enjoy a four-course feast of local cuisine, then watch a lively performance of traditional drumming and singing with plenty of opportunities to get involved. On arrival at the boma, you will be presented with a traditional robe to get you into themood. Prepare to be immersed in the vibrant atmosphere. The aromas of local dishes and game meat on the barbeque fill the restaurant. The Boma is partially open to the African skies and offers a unique experience. Your senses will be bombarded with the tastes, sights, sounds and smells of Africa. Enjoy the warmth and hospitality of Zimbabwe and it’s people. The food at the Boma is cooked and served in the style and quantity of a lavish traditional feast.
- After dinner, the real fun begins. You will be treated to an interactive traditional African drum show. You will witness outstanding performances by traditional singers and dancers. The Boma Dinner and Drum show has become a must-do activity when visiting Victoria Falls. This is a fun evening you will never forget.
