Welcome to Exec Africa Travel and Tours where we make your stay and travel with us memorable. We recommend that you download the most up to date version of this tour dossier one week prior to your tour departure date.

Taking part in an adventure tour in Africa involves covering hundreds or thousands of kilometers and our tours are as much about this journey as they are about the destinations we visit. Use your time during these drives to talk to your fellow travelers, have a drink and take note of the world passing by your window. During this tour all you need to do is to take your watch off, sit back and enjoy the exquisite landscape of Africa.

Day 3 – Victoria Falls (Full Day game drive)

This morning after having our hearty breakfast we then make the journey north to the Zambezi National Park. Home to the big-5, Hwange National Park also offers a wide variety of plains, game and birdlife. We swap to open safari vehicles today and make our way into the famed Zambezi National Park. The Zambezi National Park is located upstream from Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, stretching for some 50kms along the Zambezi river. This beautiful gem of a National park is little, despite its proximity to the world famous Victoria Falls. Split off from the Victoria Falls National Park in 1979, the 56 000 hectares of pristine wilderness and wildlife habitat has been a National Park in its own right ever since. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets are the norm along this river and the area is popular for both landscape and wildlife photography. The park is home to a variety of larger mammal species including lions, elephants, buffalos, giraffes, zebra and several antelope species such as the eland, kudu, waterbuck, impala and Zimbabwe’s national animal, the majestic sable.

Day 4 – Victoria Falls to Hwange National Park

This morning after having our hearty breakfast we then make the journey south to Hwange National Park. Home to the big-5, Hwange National Park also offers a wide variety of plains, game and birdlife. We swap to open safari vehicles today and make our way into the famed Hwange National Park which is situated in the far west of the country. Hwange lies in the incredible belt of Africa, spreading out into the neighbouring Botswana hence permitting animals (elephants in particular) to wonder freely between Hwange and Chobe National Parks. Aside from elephants, this park is home to more than 100 mammal species including Africa’s Big 5 (made up of leopard, lion, elephant, rhino and buffalo), as well as plenty of giraffe, cheetah and the brown hyena. The reserve is also famous for its high concentration of Wild(painted) dogs. Sadly, the numbers of these creatures are decreasing but recently conservation efforts have been made a much higher priority.
